The production history of BAYRAMOĞLU GROUP dates back to 1987, while the modern BAYRAMOĞLU UN flour mill was launched in Erzurum in 2010. Operating with a production capacity of approximately 400 tons per day, the enterprise processes selected wheat using automated technologies. The company monitors product quality through laboratory analysis and test baking, and produces various types of flour intended for both domestic and export markets. Products: Bread flour, pita and tandoor bread flour, baklava and pastry flour, noodle (pasta) flour, whole wheat flour, industrial flour, and Tip-550 wheat flour for export.
